Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24hr Advanced Notice Is Required to cancel your appointment. This allows for someone else to have the opportunity to schedule that appointment slot. If you are unable to give us a 24 hr advanced notice, you will be charged 30% of your scheduled appointment service. this amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Many people look forward to booking these appointments, so make sure to call to cancel within 24 hrs of the appointment to open the scheduled spot for others to book.
